Trade Terms and Conditions

All goods remain the property of Allveron Ltd t/a Tomlinson Golf until paid for in full.

Payment Terms : Usually Pro-forma but possibly 30 days net thereafter subject to the successful opening of a credit account and trading within a given credit limit. Credit is always at the company's discretion.

Carriage : All prices shown are exclusive of carriage.

Vat : All prices shown are subject to vat.

Origination Charges : All printed orders require a screen, die or template. The origination charge will vary dependent upon the method of printing used.  Please see price guide in our price list.

Quantities : All printed orders are subject to a 5% over or under run

Samples : Samples of all products are available and are non-returnable and charged at the 100 rate.

Order Acknowledgement : An order acknowledgement will be e-mailed to the customer in the case of an incorrect price or quantity submitted on a purchase order to Tomlinson Golf.

Artwork : All artwork should be submitted by e-mail to : sales@tomlinsongolf.com colour separated and to size in the following 

formats: PC : Corel Draw v9, Illustrator v10 Eps file, vector format.

Print Areas : Are as per the product website.

Colour Matching : Whilst every effort is made to match print colours to your requirements. Due to a variety of both materials and product, finishes we are unable to guarantee that this will always be possible. If an exact match is required with no tolerance then we suggest that you request a pre-production sample (which is chargeable) otherwise we cannot accept any liability for colour variation.

Size and Position of Print : Unless specified on the purchase order the size and position of the print will be at the printer’s discretion.

Company Logos : Any products in our brochure are personalised to show what print possibilities can be achieved on the product but do not imply that the products have been supplied to or endorsed by the companies featured.

Prices : All prices are correct at the time of going to press but Tomlinson Golf reserves the right to alter any prices due to cost fluctuation beyond our control.

Risk and Title : The risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer. Not withstanding the earlier passing of risk title in the goods shall remain with Tomlinson Golf and shall not pass to the customer until the amount due for the goods under the invoice for them has been paid for in full. Until the title passes the customer shall hold the goods as bailee for Tomlinson Golf and shall store the goods safely and mark them accordingly so that Tomlinson Golf can at all times identify them as the property of their company.

Proofs : A pdf e-mail proof will be submitted for approval before each job going to print. 

Sales Orders : When we receive an order the order is processed immediately and the customer is emailed a Sales Order Acknowledgement on which the anticipated Delivery Date and Address is acknowledged.

Carriage : The Carriage Cost will also be acknowledged on the Sales Order Acknowledgement. The Carriage Cost with all order to one mainland UK address is as follows and is calculated on order value and are net values excluding carriage and vat : Up to £150, £150-£500, every thereafter - costings as per quote footer.Goods are normally shipped to UK Mainland addresses overnight.

Overseas delivery addresses by arrangement. We normally deliver in ten working days from approval of the visual proof for logo printed goods.

Shortages and Returns : All shortages and rejections of printed products must be advised in writing within five working days from delivery.

Shipping Rules 

UK Customers

We ship to mainland UK delivery addresses.

On orders from a UK customer, we do not ship overseas.

EU Based Customers

On orders from EU based customers, we ship to their own address only.

On orders from EU based customers we do not export/ship to their end user’s address.

Export Terms

We only export on DAP Terms, whereby the recipient pays all the local duties, taxes and vat.

Customs 

On Overseas Shipments, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs. Please give yourselves an extra week for shipping if the delivery is date critical.

Cancelled Order : if an order is cancelled after approval of the visual proof but prior to our printing the item then a charge of £25.00 is applicable. If an order is cancelled after our printing the goods then the invoice value is payable in full.
