Many of our products like pitch forks, gift tins, ball markers etc are moulded in the Far East.
We have actively encouraged our factory to used recycled / recyclable materials in the manufacture of these products.
The Use Of Scrap Iron Recycling - Power Generation
In recent years, the British Waste Disposal Bureau has introduced an efficient and cheap scrap iron recycling method-scrap iron recycling to generate electricity. The drying compressor swikokv used to recycle a large amount of packaged scrap iron is compressed into solid fuel, which is burned in a medium-pressure boiler to generate steam above 2.5Mpa, which drives a turbo-generator to generate electricity, and the exhaust gas produced is used for heating.
Burning solid scrap iron to recycle fuel emits 20% less carbon dioxide than burning coal, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
Use of Scrap Iron Recycling - Manufacture of Composite Materials
Researchers in the United States have developed a method of using scrap iron to recycle composite materials: grinding old newspapers into powder, and then mixing them with polyethylene propylene, high-density polyethylene resin, ethylene propylene rubber, 2,6-dibuty|-4-methanol Base phenol, etc. are mixed in a certain proportion, preheated to 75-80, and stirred with a mixer at a speed of 100r/min for 25min.
When the temperature reaches 162°C, the thermoplastic material in the mixture begins to melt, and at the same time, it is further crushed.
When the temperature reaches 225~C, the stirring speed is reduced to make the mixture granulate, and it is injected into the moulding machine for moulding.
The thermal stability and fire resistance of the composite material produced by recycling scrap iron are better than ordinary resins.
And it has good formability, less shrinkage, no moisture absorption in the air, good stability, and is suitable for making auto parts.
